School Office Manager in New York

We are looking to hire an experienced, professional Office Manager to support the needs of our newest school location in Hempstead, NY. The Office Manager is the first contact point for parents, students and staff and must be able to handle a high volume/high traffic environment with a positive attitude.  

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Responsible for establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with parents, staff and external vendors and/or clients 

• Greets and directs /escorts all visitors to the appropriate location 

• Answers the telephone and directs all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently in a pleasant and professional manner
