Project Geotechnical Engineer in New York

Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Multi-disciplinary engineering firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Project Geotechnical Engineer in New York.

Responsibilities:

• Perform geotechnical analysis and design, and present data and results.
• Observe and manage field explorations and construction activities.
• Design and implement geotechnical instrumentation projects.
• Assist in preparing full design packages with calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Assist in overseeing construction of specialty geotechnical items such as deep foundations, tiebacks, and grouting among others.
• Write letters and reports.
• Develop proposals and participate in other business development activities.

Requirements

• B.S. in Civil Engineering. Geotechnical course work required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Must have passed the F.E. exam.
