Program / Operations Coodinator - Math and Science Learning Center in New York

Launch Math + Science Centers located in New York City provide toddlers to tweens with math instruction and STEM-based camps and classes. The Program/Operations Coordinator reports to the Center Manager and is responsible to provide support for the oversight and management of all Launch programs. Through a hands-on approach and an understanding of Launch programs, the Program/Operations Coordinator will work to ensure that Launch remains a leader in education enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of Launch's program offerings.
• Manage new student intake and integration process.
• Communicate with parents, process monthly and semester enrollments, maintain student schedules.
• Liaise with science, technology, and engineering curriculum team.
• Train and manage staff of part-time instructors.
