Part-Time Assistant Bookkeeper in New York

A local office is seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational skills to join our bookkeeping team.

We are looking for a team player with excellent customer service skills. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who would like to work in a friendly office environment.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, approximately 10am-2pm

Responsibilities: Assisting the bookkeeper with daily tasks including collections, filing paperwork, handling unemployment claims, etc.

In addition to these tasks, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and have a solid understanding of accounting principles. They should also have excellent communication skills, as they will frequently interact with clients and colleagues.
