Manufacturing Operator in New York

Position Title: Manufacturing Operator

Location: Hauppauge or Central Islip, New York

Shifts: 1st Shift (07:00 am - 03.30pm) 2nd Shift (03:00 pm - 11:30 pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate pharmaceutical production machinery independently.
• Execute manufacturing procedures according to batch manufacturing records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Perform machine changeovers, cleaning, and setup as per SOPs.
• Ensure cleanliness and setup of equipment within stipulated time.
• Prepare rooms and equipment for line clearance, including filter replacement and verification of calibration.
• Receive/transmit material to/from dispensing/manufacturing storage and check dispensed materials against BMR.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) before initiating processes.
