Tarte Cosmetics is seeking a Manager for the Marketing Development & Operations team who possesses a combination of creative & strategic thinking. This is a multifaceted role responsible for working closely with the overall tarte assortment, as well as, all non-salable programs.

Overview:

This individual should have a proven track record of success working cross-functionally handling multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for details. This is an exciting opportunity to have insight into the full tarte collection & in-depth knowledge into retailer assortments, product evolution including formula/packaging changes, the global pricing strategy & prelaunch management. In addition, this role will look strategically at our global sampling initiatives & drive 3rd party outreach, driving back to core pillar skus driving incremental sales....

Responsibilities:

Support Marketing Development & Operations team for all things related to product assortments & launches 

Work alongside key accounts team on full brand assortments domestically & internationally, managing company-wide launch alignment plans

Manage tracker & internal communication needs for product changes including formula updates, packaging changes, marketing messaging updates & more
