• The PM/BA. The AGC (Architecture Guidelines Compliance) process is the architectural review control point in the onboarding of technology. It is the one control point where Application Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, and Security converge to review all new products (software and/or services), applications, interfaces, databases, and proof of concepts.
• Use Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications to effectively identify, track, and communicate status for applications that will go through the Process.
• Facilitate communications with the application owners, project sponsors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Liaise with application owners to understand projects and OS, database, web browsers, APIs, hardware version, data types, cloud components, network & data flow diagrams, and security assessments.
• Liaise with Risk Management on questions regarding risk exposure from applications, data flow, and vendors.

• Coordinate with client stakeholders to track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with business and technology stakeholders
• Assist with production implementation & coordinate user validation
• Participate in general BA work including production support and BAU enhancements of business applications
• Manage projects between technology and business teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a financial firm in business analysis, data analysis and testing roles; working with technology teams on custom software development and ERP systems implementations
• 2+ years of experience as project manager
• Subject matter expertise in one more of these business domains: finance; accounting; derivatives, securities...
