Schedule of the Licensed Practical Nurse:

• This is a Full-time position
• 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Requirements

• Must have a current NYS LPN License
• Must have a current NYS Infection Control Certificate
• Preferably has experience as an LPN, in a substance abuse treatment program
• Must have CPR/BLS/AED
