Position: Midlevel Financial Services Litigation Associate
Location: New York City

Direct counsel is seeking a midlevel financial services litigation associate to join a prominent law firm's Financial Services Practice Group.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in commercial, securities, and/or financial services litigation, having taken on significant responsibility in the litigation of commercial disputes in federal and state court and/or arbitral forums. Responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, brief writing, motion practice, handling discovery, and managing cases on a day-to-day basis. Outstanding oral and written advocacy and communication skills are required, with experience in securities litigation, arbitration, and/or enforcement matters preferred.
