Environmental and Permitting Analyst in New York

We are seeking an entry-level Environmental and Permitting Analyst for gas and electric distribution, transmission, and substation utility projects. This position will be in our Environmental Permitting and Compliance Group and based out of a client’s office in Rochester, NY or Binghamton, NY. The position will mainly be officed based with occasional fieldwork. The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated worker with a willingness to work both independently and on a team, learning as much as possible on a variety of gas and electric utility projects. The position will require someone who is willing to manage a variety of different tasks and projects simultaneously. Ideally, the candidate will have an environmental education and/or an environmental or permitting work background.
