Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader—a true "Sales Unicorn"—to shape our sales strategy, build a high-performing sales team, and cultivate a sales ethos that drives growth across our customer base and sales channels. As the Chief Sales and Business Development Officer (CSBDO), you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our sales and business development strategy, identifying new market opportunities, driving revenue growth, and managing key client relationships. Based in our NYC office, you will lead and develop the sales team to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and objectives and leverage your deep relationships within the NY wine market to expand our presence.
