Correspondence Specialist in New York

Position Description:    The Correspondence Specialist is responsible for opening all received mail and depositing all insurance and patient payments received via mail to the bank. Processes medical record requests’ and assists in coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence for the RCO.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Pay Range: $17-19/hour

Essential Functions:

·        The Correspondence Specialist opens, and sorts all received mail on a daily basis.

·        Deposits insurance and patient payments with the use of a remote scanner to the bank.
