Fluent is seeking a talented and experienced Compensation Manager. You should be able to work independently and take the initiative to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment with great accuracy. As a public company, strong attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of documentation for controls is required. Prior experience in Payroll processing and compensation strategy and planning a must.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement compensation strategies and structures that align with Fluent’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the administration of incentive compensation plans, including documentation, calculation, and reporting.
- Lead and plan annual review of compensation plans with recommendations for senior management.
- Communicate quarterly goals and bonus/commission statements to employees.
- Review Biweekly Payroll batches for all company codes and reconcile payroll provided by HR. ...
