Chief Traffic Engineer in New York

Reporting to the Chief of Design, the successful candidate is responsible for directing all Traffic Engineering Services for the Client’s Capital and Operating Programs, as well as Operational Support for the Aviation, Tunnels, Bridges and Terminals, PATH, WTC, and Port Departments, and serves as the Traffic Engineering subject matter expert, providing guidance and advisory services to senior Client’s executives. Traffic Engineering role can be best defined as the DOT of the Client and it has the unique and critical Agency responsibility to establish and implement the rules and regulations for the public-facing multi-modal transportation system.
