Brand Marketing Director (TEMP MAT LEAVE COVERAGE) in New York

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking temporary Brand Marketing department leadership while our Director of Global Brand Marketing is on maternity leave. You’ll develop and drive effective 360 marketing programs for all new product launches and existing core heroes in the portfolio, from conception to final execution. You are a strategic thinker with a creative flair, experienced in leading high-impact marketing initiatives within the beauty industry. You’ll partner closely with internal teams including Product Development, Creative, Consumer Engagement, Ecommerce, and Key Accounts, as well as external partners like agencies, freelancers, and our retailers. You will report to the SVP of Marketing. You’ll directly manage four people (Social, Brand Marketing, Education, and Copywriter), with a total team of seven.
