• Leading multi-disciplinary design teams in the execution of complex Land Development projects:
• Responsible for the life of the project from evaluating opportunities and preparing proposals, to ensuring technical and financial performance goals are achieved.
• Directing and working with staff within the Department to build upon H2M’s reputation for quality project design and execution.
• Cultivating relationships with new and established Real Estate market clients:
• Establishing a role as H2M's primary point of contact for prominent Land Development clients; managing client relationships for the firm.
