Afterschool Front Desk Associate in New York

We are seeking a Front Desk Associate for our afterschool program! This position offers the opportunity to be the welcoming face of our program, interacting with students, parents, and staff in one of the premier public schools in the state. We are looking for individuals who are engaging, organized, and can handle high-volume interactions with ease.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage student check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Memorize faces and names of students and parents to provide personalized service.
