Role Summary: The Activities Planner with the support of the Program Manager develops program activities, including community integration opportunities for day program, and supervises the implementation of the activities; authenticates performance data; develops and maintains activity schedules. Additionally, they will mentor staff regarding techniques for implementing the activities and develops community trips to suit different group’s needs.

Role Responsibilities:

 Develops program activities and community integration opportunities to meet the life goals of people supported. Participates in all DSP-level responsibilities as needed.
