Home Health Physical Therapist - Northeast ABQ, East Mountains in New Mexico

As a full-service hospice and home care agency providing a broad range of services to our customers, we are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to help our patients regain independence by providing therapy services in their home environments primarily in Northeast Albuquerque and occasionally in the East Mountains. Under the Home Health Director's supervision, our therapists perform patient assessments and implement individualized plans of care to help our clients achieve their functional goals.
