The Warranty Administrator is tasked with keeping the manufacturer and aftermarket warranty claim information organized and up to date. After training and acclimating to the role the Warranty Administrator will also assist in the prompt and accurate submission of manufacturer and aftermarket warranty claims and the resulting collection of warranty claim revenues.
Requirements
You Will:
- Become familiar with manufacturer and aftermarket warranty policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with manufacturer's designated warranty representatives and the representatives of any after-market warranty company with whom Miller Truck Leasing conducts business.
- Review warranty repair orders for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility according to policies and procedures.
