Warehouse Supervisor (night shift)

9pm-7:30am must be able to work weekends.

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to integrate into our Distribution Center in Ridgefield, NJ - DCR. They will be responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, picking and packing, dispatching, and inventory control. They ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations, monitor monitor open orders, provide accurate daily fulfillment, meet deadlines, and work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly. Work with other stakeholders (Customer, Supply Chain, HR, QHSE, IT…) to ensure objectives and warehouse-related operations are efficient—control process.

SUMMARY

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for achieving high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, pick and pack, dispatching and inventory control. The Warehouse Supervisor daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations, monitor open orders, ensure daily fulfillment is accurate, deadlines are met and work with internal teams to quickly resolve issues.  Work in cooperation with other stakeholders (Customer, Supply Chain, HR, QHSE, IT…) to ensure objectives are met and warehouse related operations are efficient.  control process.
