Sr. Staff Accountant in New Jersey

*** Please note that this is a HYBRID position based out of our office in Mahwah, NJ, This person will be required to work onsite at least 5 consecutive days out of the month. ***

Amare’s Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting in creating accurate and timely financial records for the organization. Additionally, you will:

• Prepare month-end journal entries and review account balances for accuracy.
• Create and review financial statements for our US entity.
• Prepare and analyze assigned cash and balance sheet account reconciliations monthly. Research and reconcile discrepancies and recommend actionable solutions.
• Review monthly GL detail reports for accuracy; send monthly P&L reports to department managers for review and comparison to budgets.
