CP Engineers, Architecture & Environmental Services has forty years of experience in site/civil, water/wastewater, municipal, MEP, and environmental services. Our project portfolio includes private, municipal, county, and regional clients; some have been with our firm for three decades.

• Oversee the development of scopes of work, budgets, plans, as well as the execution and delivery of projects on time, on budget, and to the performance expectations of the client.

The Service Project Manager provides management oversight for all phases of BAS / BMS Service projects. Including project assignments, scheduling, material ordering, project review and client turnover. Works with contractors and customers to complete projects within the given budget and time frame. Ensures that projects are successful by meeting quality, customer, and financial expectations.  This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of the department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and or as necessary.
