About the Role
The VIP Lounge Server reports to the Shift Manager Food & Beverage and is responsible for providing prompt, friendly and efficient service to our guests while serving food & beverage orders to player lounge guests.
Position Responsibilities
- Create a fun experience for guests daily
- Adding to guest enjoyment through friendly interactions
- Communications with guests which are differentiated based on guest needs and desires
- Performing role in an efficient and effective manner
- Anticipating guest needs, answering questions, and resolving concerns
- Ensuring our processes are adding, rather than taking away from guest experience
