Scheduling Coordinator in New Jersey

Heights Orthodontics is seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent verbal skills and the ability to handle many responsibilities at once to be our Scheduling Coordinator. Must have a positive attitude and want to make people smile.

Responsibilities for this role include and are not limited to:

• Greet patients in a warm and friendly manner.
• Communicate with patients via text using Weave.
• Respond to patient’s emails and voicemails.
• Answer phone calls in a timely manner. 
• Schedule new patient consultations in a timely manner. 
• Address new patient consultations in Practice Beacon.
• Track new patients’ calls and referral sources.
• Mail out retainers to patients.
• Assist in the coordination of practice-building and public relations efforts with patients, parents, referring doctors, and local community.
