Pool Operations Manager in New Jersey

We are seeking a Pool Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team! The ideal candidate will have great customer service, communication and leadership skills and is able to maintain and develop relationships with clients. Must be responsible, hands on, able to multitask and train others. The pool operations manager will be responsible for lifeguards and pools for Adamas Building Services. Previous experience in the pool industry is preferred.

Qualifications:

• · Must have CPO.
• · Must be certified in First Aid and CPR.
• · Lifeguard certified preferred.

Requirements

• Oversee staffing for pools within New Jersey for Adamas.
• Ensure that lifeguards open and close pools on time.
• Ability to supervise and train lifeguards, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
