Plumber- Full Time in New Jersey

About the Role

The Plumber is responsible for the repair, maintenance and installation of plumbing systems throughout the building.

Position Responsibilities

• Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the repair, maintenance and installation of domestic water distribution systems, steam distribution systems, sanitary sewerage systems, irrigation systems, fire suppression systems and their appurtenant equipment throughout the building.
• Performs other General Maintenance work as directed
• Ensures that all work is completed and of superior craftsmanship
• Works closely with Lead to coordinate an efficient and safe work environment

Essential Functions

• High degrees of mobility to enable person to respond to any type of emergency situation of service call
• Ability to effectively communicate by way of 2-way radio or pager system
