A mobile service tech is a critical part of the operation and in many cases operates as the face of the department for customer that select to have their light repairs or maintenance done remotely. The mobile service tech will coordinate directly with the mobile service advisor in order to effectively plan the day to maximize productivity and approach the schedule in the most efficient manner.
Duties:
- Conduct routine services and recalls at the customer home or place of business
- Inspect vehicles for faults and repairs
- Serve as an effective point of contact to Fleet customers and help grow fleet business
