The position will be located in the Springfield NJ office. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in handling a variety of corporate transactions and legal matters to support our business operations and growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Transactional Support: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements, including but not limited to acquisitions, financing agreements, real estate agreements, and commercial contracts.
