Handyman (Full-Time) in New Jersey

Adamas Building Services is now hiring a Handy Porter.

We are looking for someone well organized, who can complete work orders, and keep the building clean and detailed inside and outside. We are searching for a team player who also has no issues getting things done on their own.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

Requirements

Handyman is responsible for the building operations which includes:

• Maintenance and repairs to plumbing, electrical and other systems found in the successful operation of the property.
• Use and maintenance of property equipment is required.
• The Job includes the efficient delivery of cleaning and maintenance services required for the proper upkeep of the building and exceeding the expectations of residents and Property Management team.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.

Requirements

• Assist with cleaning responsibilities.
• Weekly cleaning trash removal and recycling.
• Window Cleaning .
• Weekly cleaning to common areas.
• Trash and recycle removal from on schedule trash days.
