General Manager, Northeast in New Jersey

Duties

• With the senior management team, develop and execute CoreSite’s strategic direction for its (1) portfolio expansion, (2) inventory expansion at existing locations, (3) product expansion and refinement, and (4) operational approach within existing markets
• Achieve CoreSite targets for gross revenue, NOI, EBITDA, FFO, AFFO at property level
• Manage ~$800M of active capital investments across the New York and Boston markets, achieving company yield targets across varying market conditions
• Maximize in place ROIC by optimizing sellable inventory
• Develop and implement ecosystem enriching GTM plan, focused on a perpetually differentiated offering
• Maintain deep understanding of market supply/demand dynamics, pricing, and competitive positioning
• In conjunction with Sales and Finance, develop and implement annual pricing targets for each asset in the markets
