Client Services Intern in New Jersey

Reports To:     Senior Manager, Client Services

Job Overview:  The purpose of this internship is to provide a unique opportunity to assist the day-to-day operations of the Client Services department for an NFL Franchise. The Intern will become an integral part in creating a superior experience for Giants season ticket members.  The ideal candidate should exhibit a strong work ethic and can maintain a professional demeanor in the presence of clients and VIPs.  

Responsibilities/Functions:

The primary responsibilities of the Client Services Intern include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide operational support for Giants events as well as home games including guest check-in, set-up & breakdown, and reports/recaps.
• Communicate with season ticket members via phone and email.  Handle any requests and/or complaints.
