BOM & PO Coordinator-Customer Service in New Jersey

Title: BOM & PO Coordinator

Reports to: Manager, Customer Service

Department: Operations

Responsibility Summary: ERP FG BOM creation and maintenance, including registry of components. Upload and maintain Customer “No-No” lists. Timely and accurate Customer PO review and entry. Attend, assist and document line trial results for all customers.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Constructs BOMs and Routings for new and modified Finished Goods (FGs) and WIP’s.
• Customer Item Master R2 set up and maintenance.
• Component Item Master setup.
• Purchase order entry with price and lead time verification.
• Develop and implement consistent descriptive nomenclature and categories for FGs, WIPs and Components.
• Initiate Change Control (CC) related to FGs and WIPs.
