The Assistant Director of Workforce Development will provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of student engagement for Community Foodbank of New Jersey’s (CFBNJ) Workforce Development Programming. The Assistant Director will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to best serve all students throughout their time in the Workforce Development programs. This role will also be responsible for managing staff and delivering strong support with Case Management responsibilities.
