Job Description
GRM Information Management Services is now hiring an experienced Administrative Support Rep for our Jersey City NJ office. The primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Account Management Team and NJ/NY customers.
- Provide customer service support to NJ/NY customer base
- Handle and respond to customer requests and inquires.
- Work with Account Management team on all customer related matters
- Provide customer with proposals and final invoices
- Assist clients with GRM’s online portal questions

- Minimum of 3 years of administrative and customer service experience.
