The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for delivering and clearly articulating RMON Networks’ value proposition to suspects and prospects of our Managed IT Services, generating a steady flow of qualified first-time appointments, as well as following up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. These efforts are achieved primarily through identifying and calling prospects over the phone (cold calling). Other channels of communication, such as email and LinkedIn outreaches are secondary prospecting activities to support calling. The Inside Sales Representative directly supports the achievement of sales goals by discovering and identifying qualified opportunities and collaborating with Outside Sales Representatives to win deals.
