Lafrance Hospitality is looking to fill the position of Bench General Manager. The Bench General Manager provides Interim General Manager oversight to any assigned Lafrance Hospitality Hotel. Participates in the operations of associated Company businesses on an as-needed basis.

NH Area ( Must be willing to travel between multiple locations )

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assumes all responsibilities, up to and including General Manager, for each hotel property as assigned.
• Provides support by mentoring, coaching, counseling, team building and evaluating performance, etc.
