Auto/PD Claims Adjuster in New Hampshire

The Branch Claims Representative investigates, evaluates, and determines the appropriate disposition of all types of claims arising out of the Company’s business. This job also provides service to agents, insureds, and others in the course of handling those claims to their conclusion. Work is performed under general supervision.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle entry-level insurance claims
• Study insurance policies, endorsements, and forms to develop foundational knowledge of Company insurance products.
• Learn and comply with claim handling procedures.
• Develop skills in claim negotiations and settlements.
• Effectively service needs of agents, insureds, and others.
• Meet with people involved with claims, sometimes outside of our office environment.
