Sheeter/Oven Operator - 3rd Shift in Nevada

Our Home is seeking a skilled Sheeter/Over Operator to join our team on 3rd shift. As a Sheeter/Oven Operator, you will play a critical role in the production process by operating machinery within the processing room. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating sheeters and ovens, troubleshooting equipment issues, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. This position's typical schedule works Monday - Friday 11:00PM - 7:30AM.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate corn grinder, mixing equipment, pinch conveyors, pre-sheeter, sheeter, oven, equilibrator, and fryer
• Carries out quality control checks to ensure chips / crackers are within established limits
• Monitor process equipment and document any issues or concerns, and report any problems with materials or equipment
