Masa Mixer - 2nd Shift in Nevada

Our Home is seeking a skilled and dedicated masa mixer to join our manufacturing team on second shift. As a masa mixer, you will be responsible for preparing the necessary ingredients to produce our high-quality products. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to follow strict quality standards. The typical work schedule for the masa mixer on second shift is Monday - Friday, 3 PM - 11:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Load bags of masa flour into the mixer.
• Inspect and load grinding stones into the grinding machine.
• Measure and add the correct amount of water and other ingredients to the masa mix.
• Operate mixing equipment according to established guidelines.
• Assist with moving products and materials within the production area.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
