Operations Intern in Missouri

The ideal Operations Intern candidate must be able to assist execution in:

· Work with sales and support teams by managing customer returns and warranty claims.

· Review operations performance data and generate reports.

· Test and prepare our returned baseball/softball and golf units for refurbishment.

· Assist with the creation of orders and invoices for the Golf and Diamond Sports Sales teams.

· Support inbound and outbound shipping for St. Louis office and warehouse.

Requirements

Excellent people/communication skills

· Detail oriented individual that is able to quickly learn key operational processes

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

· Sports industry experience preferred; passion for sports required
