This role will be pivotal in driving our recruitment efforts and managing our overall HR functions to support our growth.

The HR manager will be responsible for dedicating ⅓ of their time to recruiting and hiring new employees, ⅓ of their time to performance management of the team, and ⅓ of their time to generalist HR matters including compliance, HRIS systems, annual training, and other HR matters.
