Program Manager - Housing in Minnesota

Accord’s Housing Services is designed to assist individuals with disabilities in community integration and living, including Housing Stabilization Services, Housing Supports for individuals in Shared Housing, and 24-hour Emergency Assistance services. As a program manager, you will oversee a team of employees who work with people supported.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage a team of up to 15 employees; meet regularly with employees to ensure timely feedback, answer questions, and identify trends or issues such as training needs. 
• Manage programs that support community integration and living for people with disabilities and mental health needs, including Housing Stabilization Services, Housing Supports for individuals in Shared Housing, and 24-hour Emergency Assistance services.
