Job Purpose and Reporting Structure

Provide technical, fiscal, and administrative support for the Family Support Services (FSS) program, overseeing EVV implementation and compliance and delivering high-quality customer service to 300-500 employees. Support growth and development initiatives within the program. Position reports to the Senior Director.

Accord is looking for a driven individual to join our team as a Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical, fiscal, and administrative support for the Family Support Services (FSS) program, overseeing EVV implementation and compliance and delivering high-quality customer service to 300-500 employees.

The People Operations Payroll & Benefits Specialist will be responsible for administrating payroll for hourly and salaried employees. The primary focus of this role is ensuring timely and accurate payroll processes, people data management, and key benefits administration in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. This is a cross-functional role providing customer service support to managers and personnel in addition to record-keeping, file maintenance, and reporting.
