Mental Health Practitioner (Evening/Overnight) - Crisis/IRTS in Minnesota

Pay Rate: $26.09 per hour for Evenings $28.15 per hour for Overnights

RADIAS Health has a Mental Health Practitioner opening at our Crisis Stabilization and Intensive Residential Support Services (IRTS) program(s). The staff will provide recovery-oriented, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitative services for 16 adults struggling with acute symptoms of mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders.

The Mental Health Practitioner provides professional, quality program services to the clients served at the RADIAS Health and works with other members of the team to assist clients in obtaining and maintaining an optimum quality of life consistent with client needs and preferences. The work uses evidence-based practices adapted for the agency and the client's specific needs.
