Maintenance Technician - Custodial - Part Time (20 hours/week) in Minnesota

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for providing custodial services for assigned facilities including snow removal and grounds up-keep. This position may also perform general maintenance activities on buildings and equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning services for various Head Start centers, including maintaining clean floors, bathrooms, windows, and furniture; and trash removal.
• Perform deep cleaning duties to ensure the cleanliness of the building such as carpet cleaning, stairwell and restroom detailing.
• Ensure building security ‑ that all windows, doors, and gates are locked after hours of operation.
• Order, receive, pick up, and properly stores all cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Remove snow and debris from sidewalks and steps; available for call in for snow removal as needed.
