RADIAS Health is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to support the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team members and clients served on the team. In addition to answering phone calls, typing, filing, and scheduling, this person performs duties such as financial record keeping, coordinating of conferences, obtaining office supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. The Front Desk Coordinator interacts with a diverse group of external as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgement and critical thinking skills are required for planning, prioritizing, organizing a diversified workload, and recommending changes in office practices or procedures.
