EMT/Firefighter - 2025 in Minnesota

South Metro is accepting applications for our fall 2025 academy. We anticipate hiring 2-3 EMT/Firefighters.

*CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS FULL TIME FIREFIGHTER EXPERIENCE ARE ELIGIBLE TO EARN PAY AND BENEFITS COMMENSURATE WITH THEIR YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.

2025 Pay Range $86,067 - $102,461 Per Year

• After applications are verified, South Metro will request a copy of an applicants EMT and Firefighter II certifications.
• South Metro will send applicants whose certifications where verified a video interview link. The video interview consists of four questions. Applicants will have three minutes to respond to each question.
