Due Diligence Internship: Summer 2025 in Minnesota

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Boulay Transaction Group as a Due Diligence Intern. Our Boulay Transaction Group offers support by providing valuation, due-diligence, and transaction consulting expertise—helping clients ensure they have the right information to make informed decisions.

As an Intern, you will assist on several buy/sell side due diligence projects with oversight from our fast-growing team and have the opportunity to see how we communicate and collaborate with our offshore resources. You will assist with specific procedures and analyses within our Excel-based workbooks by converting raw data into actionable insights.  You will be given the support you need to develop a breadth of skills and experiences that will enable you to achieve your goals.
