Case Aide in Minnesota

As a Case Aide here at Accord, you'll serve an integral part in the support of the case management team helping people live their greatest lives. You'll be responsible for performing adminsitrative duties to support case managers and will include clerical and administrative support, service administration, financial and service reporting, and documenting and meeting billing standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to case managers and others in the case management department. 
• Prepare case files for scheduled meetings; file relevant materials following meetings.
• Research community resource options for individuals and families and provide referral information to case managers. 
• Contact providers or vendors to schedule services, make necessary referrals for people supported.
